Employment process

1 Employment notification
  • Each subsidiary companies post scheduled and nonscheduled employment notifications
2 Screening test
  • Screening test conducted on paper focused on the applied company and position
  • Applicants' capability, personality, and qualification evaluated
3 1st interview
  • Interview with current employees for those who pass the screening test
  • Basic knowledge and job fitness check
4 2nd interview
  • Interview with executives for employees who pass the 1st interview
  • Overall evaluation of personality, attitude, values, and refinement
5 Confirmation
  • Final confirmation and notification after health inspection

Documents

1st round submission (Submitted for screening test)

  1. 1. Application (photo attached)
  2. 2. Personal statement / experience statement (within 1~2 A4 papers)

2nd round submission (Submitted at the interview after passing screening)

  1. 1. Resident registration certified copy and copy (1 of each)
  2. 2. Diploma (graduate-to-be certificate) and report card for all grade (1 of each)
  3. 3. Certifications copies (limited to bearers)
  4. 4. Experience certificates (limited to those applied)
